Audition Process
•Assessment is 1-1 with a BIMM assessor and lasts around 40 minutes
•Applicants may attend in person at a BIMM campus or online on Zoom
•Zoom applicants receive the joining link on the day of the audition
•Applicants can ask questions about the course during the session
•BIMM offers a remote demo submission route for undergraduate performance, songwriting, and music production courses
•Remote submissions are marked by a BIMM assessor with feedback or an outcome by email
Audition Expectations
•Follow the Bass section of the current BIMM combined audition/interview guidelines
•BIMM sends preparation guidance in the audition booking confirmation
•Be ready to discuss your music, lyrics, and composition process
•Technical requirement: be ready to play major/minor scales
