•Weekly 50-minute applied lessons and performance seminars, with jury exams each semester
•25-minute Junior Recital and 50-minute Senior Recital in McAfee Concert Hall
•Focuses on classical skills and techniques across Voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, keyboard, and guitar

•By-audition opportunities include Belmont Opera, University Symphony, Jazz Band, and Wind Ensemble roles
•Concerto/Aria Concert with the University Symphony Orchestra and a Classical Singers Recital / Instrumental Honors Recital

•The guitar studio is led by Associate Professor Paulo Oliveira, with the Belmont Guitar Ensemble directed by Robert Thompson
•The Belmont Guitar Ensemble has performed on Nashville Public Radio’s Live In Studio C and at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center
