In-Person Audition
•Contact your admissions counselor to schedule during a Discover Day or another campus visit
•Identify strings as your primary performance medium and the BM Music Performance degree
String Requirements
•Two or three prepared pieces or movements of contrasting style and historical period
•A prepared etude showing your highest technical capability, if available
•One chosen three-octave scale with arpeggios
Virtual Audition
•Record a video introducing yourself and the repertoire, upload it to YouTube as unlisted/private, and email the link to music@belhaven.edu
•Faculty schedule a follow-up video conversation after review
