Video Submission
•Bullet: Complete the audition registration form and email a YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, or similar link to dance@belhaven.edu
•Bullet: Footage must be current, filmed within the last four months; identify the month and year of any older performance clip
•Bullet: Begin by stating your name, intended degree, and preferred enrollment start
Ballet Barre
•Bullet: Film from the side with one hand on the barre; show the full series on both right and left
•Bullet: Include demi-plié, battement tendu, battement tendu jeté/dégagé/glissé, battement développé, grand battement jeté, and retiré/passé relevé balance
Select Two Categories
•Bullet: Ballet center-floor combinations or a classical/contemporary ballet variation; optional pointe phrase
•Bullet: 2–3 minutes of modern/contemporary movement, improvisation, or a performance excerpt
•Bullet: 2–3 minutes of jazz technique or a performance excerpt
•Bullet: For non-solo performance footage, clearly identify the dancer to watch
