Repertoire List (Instrumental Audition)
•Bullet: Brass and woodwinds: chromatic scale across the instrument's range, ascending and descending, plus a solo, etude, or excerpts of about three minutes
•Bullet: Percussion: excerpts on any two of snare drum, mallets, or timpani
•Bullet: Strings: scales plus about two minutes of a solo
◦Sub-bullet: Violin: one three-octave scale
◦Sub-bullet: Viola, cello, or bass: one two-octave scale
◦Sub-bullet: Guitar: natural and chromatic scales in first position plus a piece of choice
•Bullet: Piano: two-octave scales with both hands in every major and harmonic minor key, plus two contrasting pieces
