•Perform for five to eight minutes total

•Any repertoire prepared for regional or state music festivals is appropriate

•Must sing with either live or recorded accompaniment (SmartMusic, VirtuallyVocal.com, or accompanying tracks from repertoire books)

•Memorization recommended

Letters of recommendation (required for scholarship consideration)

•A high school music teacher or private instructor should complete Baker's music scholarship recommendation form

•Send Baker's recommendation form or link to the teacher or instructor and include your area of interest, such as vocal or instrumental

•A large number of music scholarships are awarded to non-majors

•Renewable when students maintain an above-average GPA and fulfill award stipulations
