•Includes music theory, aural-skills labs, music history, orchestration, conducting, voice pedagogy, voice literature, ensembles, applied voice, and applied piano
•Culminates in a supervised final clinical experience and education capstone
Professional Preparation
•Current catalog includes formal Teacher Candidacy, disposition, GPA, and Missouri certification requirements
•The School of Education is accredited by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and AAQEP
Facilities
•Students rehearse and perform in the Goppert Performing Arts Center and Sue King Willcox Music Hall
