Scholarship Options
•Boyd Vance Scholarship supports eligible African-American students enrolling in the ACC Dance or Drama program.
•Dance & Drama Freshman Scholarship supports incoming freshmen enrolling as dance or drama majors who graduated high school within the last two years and have not transferred from another college or university.
•Dance & Drama Scholarship supports enrolled Dance or Drama majors after 12 ACC credits, including two drama and/or dance courses.
Selection Criteria
•Awards consider scholastic merit, artistic promise, and financial need.
•Freshman scholarship requires a minimum 2.5 high school GPA or equivalent.
•Dance & Drama Scholarship requires a minimum 2.5 college GPA; students with 3.0 GPAs are prioritized.
Timeline
•ACC's scholarship general application opens January 15 and closes May 1.
•Award notifications are sent by email in August.
