•Guest artist workshops, lectures and master classes
•Preparation for working in the profession

•Faculty mentorship from year one with each theatre student paired with a faculty mentor
•Students serve in lead production, design and performance roles on mainstage as undergraduates
•Production processes designed to empower each student
•Leader in development of consent-based, equitable and wellness-oriented working practices in performing arts
