Audition Process
•Bullet: Admission is through the general university application (rolling, test-optional)
•Bullet: Performing arts scholarship audition is optional and open to all students
•Bullet: Requirements vary by area (vocal, instrumental, piano, percussion)
•Bullet: Register via the Performing Arts Audition form
•Bullet: Memorization: audition solos should be memorized, except winds, strings, and percussion (piano memorization recommended but not required)
Audition Expectations
•Bullet: Choir option: 10-minute audition with the Director of Choral Activities (separate from scholarship)
•Bullet: Includes a range check, tonal memory exercises, and short sight-reading
•Bullet: Optional short solo of your choosing (not required)
