About

My name is Michael Khalid Karadsheh, and I am an actor based in New York City. I received my MFA in Acting from Columbia University in 2022, and since then have performed across film, television, and stage, both regionally and Off-Broadway. Most recently, I starred as Hamlet with the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival, earning nominations from BroadwayWorld and the St. Louis Theater Circle for Best Actor in a Drama. Off-Broadway highlights include a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for Outstanding Ensemble in We Live in Cairo at New York Theatre Workshop, as well as a featured role in the world premiere of Itamar Moses’ Pulitzer Prize finalist play The Ally at The Public Theater, where I was praised by Sarah Holdren of New York Magazine as “superb…not only truthful but real, earned, and human.” I will also be featured in Jordan Firstman’s upcoming film Club Kid, set for release later this year.
